USPS do local pick up for us, and they send packages directly to the general mail facility without scanning at local post office (because of large quantity). The tracking information will be available in a couple of days after actual shipping. Estimated delivery is up to 9 business days. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. We are closed on the Weekends. We do not make shipping outside the United States Returns and Refunds: Return Policy - We are offering 100% satisfaction guarantee within reason. * We will accept returns within 14 days of close of transaction within reason (for ex. damage). Returns are based on buyer contact. Returns will be accepted ONLY if the item was not used or registered in original unopened box. * Refund will be made in the same method as it was received by me.
