Phone never arrived and money was never collected from Escrow - dodgy seller
The imfamous Jean Keyes, it seems I too have been hooked by this ebidder. I have never had to leave a negative rating before, however due to the nature of this person I am left with no choice.After winning my auction Jean Keyes emailed me asking how I would like to be paid and everything seemed rather normal until I received another email advising me not to let her down in a rather perculiar manner, from then on things turned from bad to worst, communication was appauling and in general Jean Keyes is a time waster. I strongly urge all ebidders to stay well clear of this ebidder as I believe Jean Keyes to be one of these annoying little urchins that ruin the reputation of honest ebidders/auctioneers.I truly believe by the tone of manner all emails were received that Jean Keyes is a little boy using a fake alias. I am utterly dismayed as to the nature of Jean Keyes and the result of which my auction ended in. If I had trusted Jean Keyes I am convinced I would still have my item sitting with me waiting for payment. As it turned out I relisted the item and it sold immediately. Farewell Jean Keyes and may our path never cross again your blackballed and outta here!
I won the auction for the Nokia 3100 with no reserve. It was obviously not the price that the seller wanted for the phone because after making an escrow payment via pppay the seller declined the payment. When questioned why this had happened she replied with a very rude email saying that she had now sold the phone to someone on Ebay instead!! This selle ris definately giving ebid a bad name. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON! I feel that if I had not made an escrow payment my money would have been accepted and I would never have heard from Jean Keys again!
This seller cannot be trusted.I won an auction for a mobile phone,This seller then emailed me to say because it did not reach a price it wonted.has with drawn it after the auction closed.Should have put a reserve on it In an auction when it has close the deal is done you should not renage.There is only one feed back on this seller and that is negitive.This seller could give ebid a bad name.Disgusted
I am new to ebid but have feedback on another auction site of 1000+ ,so I do know what I am talking about with respect of this feedback.below is pasted the item description of the item I won from her auction-I HAVE A NEW IN BOX SAMSUNG T100 UNLOCKED TO ALL NETWORKS THE PHONE COMES WITH 2 BATTERY BOOKS CHARGER AND BOX. What I received was NOT A NEW PHONE infact a second if not third user phone as ALL faces of this phone were scratched,the keypad discoloured through long term use also user ringtone/wallpaper downloads stored in memory- PHONE NOT UNLOCKED as stated but locked onto the Orange network, the two batteries supplied had extensive scratches on every face including an aerial that looked like it had been chewed by a pitbull,There was NO CHARGER supplied,obviously NO WARRANTY that you would expect to have with what was supposedly "A NEW IN BOX PHONE".As for the box that was an utter disgrace. If ebid members are still prepared to proceed with purchasing from this seller I strongly recommened you ask for a picture of the item you bidding on as I doubt this is going to be an isolated case also that payment is done via pppay.com ESCROW. I fully intend to initiate proceedings against Jean Keays to recover all costs.Awful transaction from start to finish.
