POSTAL ORDERS:

Shipping Details:
All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail by the service specified in the listing. A 'proof of posting' certificate is obtained for all items dispatched and can be used to claim compensation for anything lost in the post.
All international items are sent via Royal Mail Airmail.
All of our items listed are in stock and are dispatched within 24 hours of payment. Often, the item will be dispatched the same day payment is received. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or during public holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day.
A confirmation email will be sent when payment has been received.

Returns Policy
We accept returns of any item for any reason and will refund your payment in full, without question. We simply ask that item(s) are returned in their original condition within 14 days with a note of your user id.
