I hope you will find all the relevant information here which will help when purchasing from my store.

Months of searching with local suppliers means I can provide you with this truly fantastic collection at some great prices – it also means that there is far too much stock for me to possibly hold! Therefore a huge quantity of stock is dispatched direct from my supplier to you..

You might seem worried well don’t be - 

This means that you are guaranteed to have brand new unopened items at lower prices – it also means that should you purchase additional items which are dispatched from the same supplier you will have to pay NO MORE postage costs!

Postage Discounts are also available for all other purchases

PAYMENT – The following payment methods are acceptable

Personal Cheque

Cash (sent recorded delivery)

Postal Orders

I also have a Paypal and Nochex account but only accept these form of payments when indicated in the auction description.. However I will on rare occasions accept these payments should there be any complications.

DELIVERY – All items are sent in discreet concealed packaging!

All parcels are to be signed for unless other delivery option is available.

My standard rate for most parcels is £4,00 – if you are purchasing more then one auction please email me before completing checkout.

Goods which I post personally will be sent 1-3 days after cleared payment.

Goods sent direct from supplier please allow 3-7 days from cleared payment.

I do not make any money via postage costs.. goods which are sent direct from me are sent at the lowest possible price – should there be a huge difference in the cost I will offer a credit note towards future purchases.

If any items are out of stock I will email you immediately, these items normally take 7-14 days to arrive but you are entitled to a full and immediate refund if this should occur.

I accept no responsibility for items that disappear in the post when recorded delivery has not been paid for! I will do my best to chase up all postage queries and am here to help 24hrs a day..

RETURNS – Each supplier has different returns policies – please be aware that they are very strict, should you need to return any items purchased they will only be accepted if the following criteria is met

Goods must be unworn

All Tags Must be untagged

Returned to supplier within 7 days

Sent pack in same packaging as arrived in

Unworn

Unused

PLEASE NOTE THAT GOODS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF FAULTY!!!!!!!

NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR GOODS THAT DO NOT FIT.

If you wish to return any goods which I have posted personally, please contact me immediately to explain before doing so– Goods to be returned to me at your own cost – No refunds are given for postage costs – If refund is granted then you will receive in the same method payment was received.

If goods are returned purely because they are ill fitted or wrong colour etc – store credits are given as an alternative!
