Ayubowan! Welcome to Serendib Treasures! My name is Harith  Abeykoon and I live in Kandy, Sri Lanka. I specialize in collecting, retailing and auctioning rare & precious coins. I’ve been a lifelong, passionate coin collector and investor for many years. In my collection, I have some of the most sought after coins in both Sri Lanka and in the world. Some pieces has a history spanning three decades or more!

My passion for coins was granted to me by my beloved grandfather. He was a avid collector and admirer of fine pieces. He travelled the world so often and he could find some pieces which were both technically and aesthetically amazing. He endowed me his cherished collection and memorable stories behind them. Coin collecting is a wonderful hobby. Both fascinating and interesting. Each coin has a story of its own. A story steeped in history, culture and economy.
