waffle about hhome!
hello. i am phil, and i am from the somewhat flat area known to some as east anglia. i have two eyes, two ears, some toes (at last count, 10) and quite a lot of hair... my user name - hhome - is also the name of my web site (e.g. www.hhome.co.uk) and as the uesrname wasn't taken at the time, i said "yoink" as i signed up to ebid...
since i signed up, i've been occasionally browsing for some bargains which are probably cheaper here than *the other side*. i've also had a go at selling a few things to see how things go. things ended up okay (considering it costs next to nothing to sell stuff here) so i've now set up a store and found a way of exporting my auctions from turbo lister. hopefully, ebid will continue to flourish for everyone!
the sort of goods i'm selling include dance/pop vinyls, cd singles and albums, clothing, computer software, and other bits and bobs that will help me clear my room! what's one man's junk is another man's treasure, as they say!
in case you're wondering about my strangely high feedback score - in the early days of ebid, it was possible to transfer your *other side* feedback score to ebid, which is what i had done. *the other side* has since stopped that. i still have a good feedback rating on *the other side* - click here if you want to take a look...
i don't really have much else to say for now, so i'll leave you with this thought. it's not the winning that counts, it's the taking part...
Regards,
Phil.
