Some Information About heartscup
I am 56 years old. Have lived in Pennsylvania, USA, all my life. Have three adult children that are my whole world. Married to the same man for 31 years. (Still trying to figure that one out since my syblings have been married and divorced about 6 times between the three of them).
I love running my business in which I sell Sweet Rock Incense Powder products. Have been selling their items for about 5 years now and everyone that has purchased them has simply loved the scents of the incense powders. They are crisp and clean. (Not sure I can put the link to my site here yet but if I find that I can, I will. Otherwise you can message me and I will give you the url then).
I have dealt in crafts since I was at least 16 years old and have sold many of those items. All of them that I have sold, the buyer has been extremely happy with them. Have taken speial orders for people and they have always been happy with the final item. I also have been into ceramics for a number of years now. Have over 2,000 molds, the slip and the kiln to make the same items I have up for sale. NOT everything that I place up in ceramics that are already for purchase do I have the mold for. Very few items I have purchased from another ceramic dealer and no longer have contact with them.
I sold for a few years on another auction site (a name that is taboo in my book to even mention but will give a hint - they are greedy). During that time I had at least a 98% in positive feedback. Will not use the feedback from another site. The reason for this is because I like to earn my feedback for each site I am on myself. It is the feedback from what I earn on this site that will help me and my customers in trusting that they will receive what they not only see but purchased.
I enjoy being online and meeting new and interesting people. But one thing I do not believe in is that the customer is always right. You cannot please all the people all the time! I try hard to make sure that each customer is happy with what they have purchased but there are times that no matter what you do, someone, somewhere along the way, you are going to meet up with the most difficult person you will ever find. I treat all people fairly and honestly. I do not hide anything. I place photos of the exact item I am selling. I do not like placing junk up, that you can find at flea markets.
So to all of you that have viewed my items, seen something you like, that perhaps you will learn to grow a trust in me and come back to see or purchase more.
