If an item is unavailable/backordered for any reason we will be happy to give you a prompt refund if you don't want to wait for it. Because eBid's system does not process successful auction payments the issue of having to give a refund should never happen unless you run out to the mailbox with a money order the minute the auction ends before contacting me..


Listing info and pricing: It's a lot of work and I make every effort to provide the most accurate information. The data goes thru several processes before it actually goes online. We reserve the right to change prices or cancel a listing at any time without notice for the purpose of correcting an error and not to sell an item if the listed info is corrupted/incorrect it takes time to validate all the listings once they have been posted and if somebody jumps in quick before the process is completed well.... No matter how well the data is checked before uploading there's no guaranty it shows up online the same way it was sent.

SHIPPING DISCOUNTS - you can save money when buying multiple items.
  * shipping cost from the PW-X warehouse are based on flat rates (see below).
  * shipping cost from the PW-E warehouse are UPS rates based on weight.

I only charge actual cost involved in shipping your order. I just don't think it's fair to bump up the shipping price just to make an extra buck. If I know what the cost is going to be I have included it in the listing.

Shipping cost if stated are estimated and usually pretty accurate - actual cost may vary slightly.

The only exception to this rule is when i have to spend additional time checking regulations and tracking down the proper codes in order to complete customs paperwork for shipments outside the continental United States. I charge from $2.50 to $26 for this service depending on the complexity, However many times the paperwork is simple and straight forward and no addition charge is required.

When shipping international any import/customs type fees or charges are not included in the item cost or shipping cost and

Items shipped from the pw-e warehouse with an (R) at the end of the product number indicate they are factory renewed. All other items are brand new.
A product is labeled 'Factory renewed' for any number of reasons:
  • Open Box: Items cannot be sold as new if product packing is removed without a purchase.
  • Returns: Consumers can return products for any reason. Perhaps the consumer didn't like the product or had difficulty getting the item to work. Whether it's the very next day or months later, these items must be identified as 'reconditioned' or 'refurbished' to be resold.
  • Scratch and Dents: Some items are returned with visible wear and tear. The pw-e warehouse makes every effort to ensure that our reconditioned merchandise does not include 'Scratch and Dents.'

How are products renewed?
Every renewed product must pass a thorough examination. After repairing any defect and sanitizing, the product is repackaged. This service may be performed by the original manufacturer, a reputable professional outside firm or right at the pw-e warehouse. All products are returned to like-new or almost new condition.

How do I identify 'Factory Renewed' products?
We note these products on our site with this icon. The products will also contain (R) in the model number (i.e. SON123(R)).

Will 'Factory Renewed' products come in different packaging?
By law, product packaging must state if an item is factory renewed. Packaging and terminology may differ from the original. Some items will arrive in a regular retail box with a sticker indicating that it's reconditioned, refurbished, or factory serviced. Some items are repackaged in a plain brown or white box. Enclosed manuals may refer to accessories (camera cases, straps, etc.) that are not included with the reconditioned product. Be sure read over the product information page for a list of included accessories.

What makes a 'Factory Renewed' item such an excellent purchase?

  • Factory renewed products maintain high quality standards. Each item is checked at least twice for proper working condition and quality. In fact, renewed goods have a very low (2-percent) return rate.
  • The price you pay for a renewed item is much lower than at retail.

Warranty Information

MERCHANDISE RETURN AUTHORIZATION

You must obtain an RMA# befor returning the item

The RMA number needs to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.

The RMA will provide all the information you need including the address to ship your return to.

You MUST ship your return to the address specified by your RMA authorization, shipping to any other address can cause long delays and or additional charges.

To obtain PW’s authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply call Customer Support or  click here within 15 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 15 days of purchase.

Only you can determin what your needs are so it's up to you if the item meets your needs or not. I will be happy to answer any questions I can before you decide to place a bid.

RETURN POLICY

Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.

  • All merchandise is guaranteed for 60 DAYS from original date of purchase.
  • Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty .
  • We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 60 day warranty period.
  • Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
  • Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.

  • The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate " return shipping address".

  • When you have finished the RA form you will receive an RA number which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.
  • Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
