I,m a very honest seller & Person I work very hard to make All My customer's happy ones.
I aim to answer any questions you may have within around 2Hours (between 9am-11pm) And Of course if you ever wish to speak to me on the phone I,m more then happy to do that too.
I welcome collections, However if your having your item shipped I will keep you fully updated I aim to dispatch within 3working days ,and ALL items are sent insured & Tracked.
Courier services are possiable instead of royal mail,again just ask!
I know I,m new on hear but please please please do not let that put you off Buying from me,Customer service is my main aim,I,m only a very small business however you do get a personal feel when you buy from me,
I dont offer warranty's unless stated in Auction,However if You feel your item arrived Faulty I will exchange,Credit Or fix it at my cost 99% of the time, However I do not offer refunds In Most cases (You would need a very good reason)
