Some Information About greycastleus

Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
We are a family who chooses to work from home and make our living at what we love doing. We live at the base of the Appalachian Mountains in the Foothills of South Carolina.

I am an artist and wood carver. The large carvings are done with a chainsaw and a die grinder with router bits. The small carvings are done with knives. I also draw charcoal portraits and will be glad to make a portrait from you photograph.

My Husband loves bikes. He especially enjoys restoring antique and vintage bicycles. So he has made a business of buying and selling new, used, vintage, and antique bicycles.

And my son enjoys photography and dabbling with electronics and stereo equipment. He is a Boy Scout and sells his electronics to support trips and Scouting events.

Our Selling Policies

Payment

METHODS ACCEPTED: Google Checkout, PayPal from confirmed addresses, or US Postal Money Order.

OTHER:If you choose to pay with a money order, please e-mail us to let us know. We prefer U.S. Postal Money Orders because they can be verified and cashed at the post office instantly. If you send a different type of Money Order or Cashier's Check it will be held until it clears the bank. This process may take 7 - 14 days.

If you pay with PayPal your address must be confirmed. We will only ship to a confirmed address. If your address is not confirmed we will refund your payment and request a different method of payment. This policy is due to PayPal service protection for both the seller and buyer.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of auction. If payment is not received a dispute will be filed and negative feedback will be placed on the buyer's feedback log. We do however understand extenuating circumstances. If there is a problem contact us before the 7-day limit to make arrangements.

Fees

HANDLING FEES: The cost of the packaging & material is included in the shipping cost quoted in the listings.

Shipping

WHERE SHIPPED: For bikes and very large carvings USA only. Some smaller carvings may be shipped to other countries. Please see the listing.

If you pay with PayPal we will only send the item to the confirmed address listed in the PayPal account.

SHIPPING OPTIONS: Fed Ex Ground/Home Delivery.

COST: Check the listing for shipping total in the continental US.
For Alaska & Hawaii please ask for a quote before bidding. Please take shipping and handling costs into consideration when bidding.

INSURANCE & TRACKING are included in the quoted shipping price.

We can not combine shipping on large items. We can combine shipping on small items. If you purchased several small items, send us an e-mail for a quote before you pay.

OTHER: If you have a special request, such as overnight shipping, contact us so arrangements can be made.

Delivery

WHEN SHIPPED: We ship on Tuesday and Thursday. Your payment must clear before we ship the item.

Refunds & Returns

REFUNDS ALLOWED:
We make every effort to accurately describe all items. If you receive merchandise that you feel has been grossly misrepresented, is damaged,or in error, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or credit. All refunds and credits are at the seller's discretion.

If your order was damaged, keep all packaging material and contact us right away. We will file a claim with the shipping service. The shipping service will not allow the receiver of a package to file a claim.

Any items returned must be received in re-sellable condition. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless we made an error in your order. If we made an error we will pay reasonable charges for return shipping.
