I emailed them to clarify how to pay for the item but never received any reply. A previous user also noted this and so I didn't bother. If they aren't up to collecting payment then I don't expect much

only just re set up a/c. you never paid, so hardly worth a negative!!!

well packaged,questions answered quickly 'n efficently,. I was a bit disapointed with the product, as the image looks a lot better on here, the hands on the clock are wonky so not pleased
