Payment
Payment can be made via PayPal, Google Checkout, Personal Check, Cashier Check or Money Order. International buyers - PayPal is the only payment method accepted.
Shipping
Any items ordered will be shipped 2-3 days after payment has been received and cleared - unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the item. All shipping will be done by standard ground (UPS, FedEx, USPS and Canada Post).
Authentic designer handbags/purses, Polo Totes and Authentic Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Versace items can be shipped to the United States, Canada and Internationally. Please keep in mind the shipping time is extended on these items because they have to clear customs and we have no control over the customs clearance time frame.
Returns & Refunds
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt for refund or exchange (International returns - 14 days). Item must be returned with all original packing, tags and originally shipped components. Please contact us for the correct address where to send your return and a Return Authorization Number. Please communicate to us whether you would like an exchange of the product (if available) or a refund. We will only refund the shipping cost if the item was shipped in error.
If the item was damaged due to the shipping process, please file a claim with the logistics company. We are not responsible for damage resulting from negligent shipping and handling processes.
We do not accept returns on merchandise that has been used or worn by the buyer.
