We don't just sell games; we love them, like you do. We go to great lengths to give our customers as much information about the games we list as they need. Our listings include every screenshot, video footage (when available), the full game description including bullet points, publisher, developer, official game website links and ESRB official rating.

Every game is given a rating by a govening body. The two main govening bodies for video games are ERSB and PEGI. We have chose ERSB as our recommended game rating guide. We will always clearly show a recommended rating on all our listings for games. To help you understand what these mean please read the guide below:

	EARLY CHILDHOOD		EVERYONE
	Titles rated EC - (Early Childhood) have content that may be suitable for ages 3 and older. Contains no material that parents would find inappropriate.		Titles rated E (Everyone) have content that may be suitable for ages 6 and older. Titles in this category may contain minimal cartoon, fantasy or mild violence and/or infrequent use of mild language.
	EVERYONE 10+		TEEN
	Titles rated E10+ (Everyone 10 and older) have content that may be suitable for ages 10 and older. Titles in this category may contain more cartoon, fantasy or mild violence, mild language, and/or minimal suggestive themes.		Titles rated T (Teen) have content that may be suitable for ages 13 and older. Titles in this category may contain violence, suggestive themes, crude humor, minimal blood and/or infrequent use of strong language.
	MATURE		ADULTS ONLY
	Titles rated M (Mature) have content that may be suitable for persons ages 17 and older. Titles in this category may contain intense violence, blood and gore, sexual content, and/or strong language.		Titles rated AO (Adults Only) have content that should only be played by persons 18 years and older. Titles in this category may include prolonged scenes of intense violence and/or graphic sexual content and nudity.
	RATING PENDING
	Titles listed as RP (Rating Pending) - have been submitted to the ESRB and are awaiting final rating. (This symbol appears only in advertising prior to a game's release.)

DELIVERY NOTICE

We want to deliver your goods to you as quickly as we possibly can, indeed a large percentage of our orders are delivered within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment. However, please allow up to 10 working days from making payment to receiving your item. If there is any deviation from this expected delivery time, you will be notified by email. Please note we trade via our own website www.gamenvision.com, Kelkoo, Gamestracker, Pricegrabber, Amazon and eBay. This means our stock levels continually fluctuate and on occasion items listed on eBay will be out of stock and we will have to wait for a shipment to arrive before dispatching the item to you. If your item is not in stock it will be delivered to you as soon as it is in our possession. If we cannot get the item to you within 10 working days we will offer you a full refund.

Most deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail with the exception of hardware bundles for which we use our nominated courier.

Occasionally items are lost in the post, this can happen and it is beyond our control, if this does happen we will ensure a replacement item is sent. In these rare cases we must ask you to allow at least 10 working days from the date of dispatch before we are able to send the replacement. We will make a claim for any missing items through Royal Mail's claim system and you may be contacted by them to assist with their enquiries.

Please do not leave negative feedback regarding delivery we promise to ship the items to you quickly and we will constantly email you with shipping progress.

STATUTORY RIGHTS, REFUNDS AND RETURNS

You have the statutory right to cancel this order up to seven days after you receive the item. All goods must be returned in the condition they were dispatched (if sealed as in most cases, returned sealed); failure to return goods in a satisfactory condition will result in a surcharge.

No PC-CDRom games will be accepted back if the license has been registered unless the goods are found to be faulty and comply with our other returns procedures.

Please ensure you contact us before returning any item as we must first agree to the return and send you a return number which you must clearly state on the returned item.

Damaged items should be reported within 24 hours of receipt. All games are tested on return, if the item has been returned because of a fault and is working correctly when tested we will only offer you a partial refund, this will be between 50% and 80% of the items purchase price. The reason for this is simple, the game will no longer be sealed and no longer resalable as a new item, therefore we will have to sell the item at lesser value as a second or returned item. If the item is faulty we will ship a replacement out to you immediately. It is at our sole discretion to offer a full refund in these cases and you will still be obliged to proceed with the purchase under the terms and conditions of sale.

Postage cost will never be refunded; these costs are part and parcel of all distance selling transactions.

NOTICE TO US AND CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

Please note that all Xbox, Playstation, Playstation 2 and Gamecube games we supply are brand new PAL (UK) STANDARD. They are designed to be used in the following regions:

Europe

Australia

New Zealand

South Africa

These games will NOT work on US or Canadian consoles unless the console has been modified to accept region free games.

If you are unsure if the game will work, email us and we will advise you in more detail. We will NOT refund games due to incompatibility so please make sure the game is right for you.

NOTE: ALL GAMEBOY ADVANCE GAMES (GBA), ALL DS, SP and some Xbox 360 tiles will work on US consoles.

FEEDBACK POLICY

We use the automatic feedback service offered by this auction. This system will leave positive feedback automatically on receipt of your positive feedback. We employ this system because it helps us to provide you with a better service. We ask you to leave positive feedback on receipt of your item (providing you are happy with the item and service you have received). You will then receive a positive reply from our system. The automated system sends a message to customers who have not left feedback after 5 days of the item being dispatched. At this stage we will follow up the delay with our nominated delivery service to find out why the item has not been received. This system is encouraged by this auction site to assist large traders in running a smooth operation and we strongly feel that this assists the auction community. By purchasing the item you confirm you understand our feedback policy and agree to leave positive feedback if we fulfill our contractual obligations.

We pride ourselves on the service we provide and would ask you contact us prior to leaving negative feedback. We will endeavor to find out why you are unhappy with the service or product and correct the problem if we can. Negative feedback can cause serious harm to our trading. If your negative feedback is unjustified we will ask you to withdraw the comments. In certain cases we may take legal action to have such comments withdrawn.
