 Hi, and thanks for taking the time to look at my page

I have been selling (and buying) stuff on auction sites for many years now, mainly my CDs, DVDs, books, videos and video games - I collect a lot of things and am trying to make space for new aquisitions.

I only sell things that are in really good condition as I take care not to sell anything that I wouldn't be happy to receive myself.

I really enjoy this hobby and like trading with all the nice people I come into contact with and try to make sure that all my trading partners are happy. So, if you receive an item from me that is not what you expected just let me know and I will work something out for you. Please don't just leave neutral or negative feedback without contacting me first - I will always do my best to resolve the situation because if you're not happy then I'm not happy!

I am not one of those sellers that state that they are not responsible for anything once it's been dispatched - in fact, quite the opposite.....I believe it is my responsibility to make sure that your buying experience from me is as pleasant as possible.I always obtain a certificate of posting so, if your item is unfortunately "lost in the post" just let me know. All I will ask is that you send me a covering email confirming non-delivery, plus your name and address and I will then refund you fully.
