We strive to give honest and accurate descriptions in our auction listings along with photos that accurately depict the products offered. We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you would like to return the item for a refund of your purchase amount, please contact me through the eBid message system for a return approval number within three days of receiving your shipment. Please include the number with your return shipment. Please insure the shipment and provide me with the tracking number. You will be responsible for loss or damage of uninsured shipments. I will promptly refund your purchase amount upon receiving the item in acceptable condition.
