Sellers usually buy their goods from an distributer, who buys it from an importer, who buys it from an exporter... who buys it from the manufacturer! Each level has to make their cut, usually 20-50%, this means that an iPod, that costs you £130, could only cost as little as £25 to produce! We buy our products direct from the factory, meaning that although sometimes you have to wait longer, several layers of profit making are removed.
