Returns
If the goods have been despatched we will refund less the cost of the shipping once the goods have been returned to us in their original unopened state.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you can return any product to us, providing they are in an un-used, un-opened and in original condition within seven days from the day after you receive the goods.

We recommend you send any products back to us securely packaged using a certified delivery service, enclosing a copy of the original invoice. If there is no fault with the product we do not refund delivery charges. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The SDW Products Group 14 day money back guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

You must contact us by phone to arrange a return authorisation code

You must send the goods to us in original unopened condition, complete with all packaging.

You must return the item at your own expense, we suggest using Royal Mail special delivery.

Once your return has been received you will be issued with a refund of the RRP price less a 15% administration & re-stocking fee & postage costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of item.
