Terms and conditions of sale
Payment is expected within 3 days of your agreement to purchase and payment should be made in UK Stering. Payment to be made via Paypal.
Multibuys
In the event that you purchase more than one item, I will upon request send a manual invoice to combine P&P, just let me now and I will do this for you. If items are paid for individually I regret that I cannot amend postage afterwards and reserve the right to send items in one parcel.
I only ship within the UK. I endeavour to send items within 4 working days (excluding weekends/bank holidays or when I am on holiday!) I like to post via recorded delivery where postage is given. Free postage is posted second class and a certificate of posting is obtained.
Some orders may not fit through your letterbox. If you believe your order is delayed please check your local sorting office first although there is a waiting period of 15 working days before the Royal Mail deems and item to be lost and before an investigation can commence. Please request your posting reference number from the certificate of posting. Your parcel leaves me in perfect condition, if it should be received by you in a damaged state, please contact Royal Mail to make a claim.
