Some Information About elmscarfy

Giving you a little more insight into the seller.

Mum of 3 children - ages 2 to 8, and decided to have a good sort out so you will find allsorts from Toys, Household items, clothes and china/pottery. I have lots of china/pottery as my mum was a huge collector but never used them, they have now passed to me and taking up lots of room so much of it will be listed on here.

I will list any flaws that I find/see and listings will be done in good honest faith.

All items are from a smoke and pet free house (rabbit lives in the garden)

Payment
All payments must be in British Pounds unless otherwise agreed before any purchase. I will accept Pay Pal, Cheque, Postal Orders and BACS payments. In respect of BACS payments please contact me for account details after you have committed to buy.

If you live outside the UK and don’t have a Pay Pal Account please contact me for other payment options.

Postage & Packing
I am always very happy to discount postage on combined orders as best as I can.

I aim to post all items within 48 Hours, however this is not always possible. On the rare occasion that the dispatch of an item is delayed, i will make contact and advise you of the situation.

All items are extremely well packed using appropriate packing materials and proof of posting is always obtained. Larger items / consignments are sent via other courier and I will obtain best rates for you.

Please note that while all items leave me secure and in great condition, I have no control over the item once it has been dispatched and therefore cannot be held responsible for losses or damages.

Please be aware that under no circumstances will I post items via surface mail outside of Europe.

If you do not agree with the above please do not bid or purchase items.

Returns Policy

I am committed to providing you great service, therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do return the item within 14 days, in the same condition as it was upon dispatch and I will , upon receipt to provide you with a full refund. I are not able to accept returns outside of the 14 day time limit.

Please note neither the original postage / shipping charges or the cost of return postage will be refunded.

If you do wish to return an item please do ensure that all items are adequately packed and protected to prevent damage in transit. I cannot accept liability for packages damaged or lost during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to adequately pack and protect the goods and to ensure that the parcel is sufficiently insured.
