Enjoy your trip around the world as you see all we have to offer here. Most items are hand-crafted and direct from the country they represent. The selection will be constantly changing and growing as we vary and add to the items carefully chosen from our off-line inventory, which is much more diverse than even hinted at here.
Many of our products are hand made by professional artists. Because of this, each one is unique, and there are no two identical.

For shipping, USPS is the automatic choice to calculate the cost you pay; however we reserve the right to choose another shipper at no extra cost to you if we find it to be more practical. Our normal shipping process is FedEx or UPS for domestic, and USPS for international. We will combine shipping for items purchased within 5 days and paid for in a single payment. Contact us upon making your purchase before sending payment for combined rates.
Shipping insurance is the only guarantee against damage, as many of our items are very fragile. If an item arrives damaged, save all packaging & immediately file a claim with the carrier. Then please contact us to let us know so we can follow up on it. We can not assume responsibility for claims filed late or without required documentation; however we will assist in any way we can. We will then send a replacement or refund when the claim is complete, usually in a few days.
All items are sold "as is" without warranty unless otherwise noted in the individual listing. However, we do want you to be happy doing business with us. If you are dissatisfied with your product, contact us for refunds within 7 days of receipt less shipping & handling. Item must be returned undamaged, unopened (if originally sold in sealed packaging) and received within 14 days of delivery. Exceptions: For safety and sanitation purposes, earrings and consumable items such as food/teas/etc. cannot be returned once received unless they are related to objective quality issues.
