Contact must be made within 3 days of auction end or negative feedback will be left.
Payment must be sent within 10 days.
Negative feedback will be left for all Non-Paying Bidders.
Returns will only be accepted if returned within 7 days of receipt. Buyer must bear return postage costs. Refunds will be given less P&P costs.
All items are inspected thoroughly for defects/faults before dispatch. Every effort will be made to ensure the item reachs you in perfect condition.
Proof of postage is obtained for every order dispatch. Extra insurance e.g. Registered and Special delivery etc are available upon request. Please email and ask before sending payment and an amended invoice will be sent. Otherwise all items shipped within UK by 2nd class post.
UK Bidders:
Payment accepted by cheque, postal order, banker’s draft, Google Checkout, Paypal. Cash payments sent in the post are sent at the buyers own risk and any lost in the post will be the buyers responsibility.
International Bidders:
Payment via Google Checkout or Paypal ONLY.
Please forward address details after auction end as P&P is at cost and an exact price can’t be quoted until your delivery address is known. An invoice will then be sent.
