Returns Policy

If you receive an item that is not as described, or has become damaged in transit, please let me know within 14 days of receipt. You can return the item for a full refund of the cost, the initial postage cost and your reasonable return postage costs.

If having received the item, you don't like it, or have changed your mind and don't want it, then you must inform me of this within 14 days of receipt. You can then return the item, and I will refund the initial cost of postage and cost of item but I will NOT refund your costs to return it to me.

Payment

UK BUYERS: I can accept payment, by Paypal, Google Checkout, Cheque, Postal Order or Bank Transfer. Details for Bank Transfer will be provided at the end of the auction to the winning bidder on request.

OTHER BUYERS: I can accept payment by Paypal or Bank Transfer. Details for Bank Transfer will be provided at the end of the auction to the winning bidder on request.

TIMESCALES. I expect payment by 7 days after the end of the auction, however, I can be flexible about this if I'm kept informed of any problems or delays. Please let me know if payment is being posted, so I can allow time for this.

Postage

I combine and discount postage, there is a flat fee of £2.25 for items sent within the UK and only an extra £0.10 postage per item for overseas parcels on top of the £2.75 for Europe and £3.25 for the rest of the world. The discount has been set up to happen automatically.

For UK items up to 1kg will be sent by 2nd class post, items over 1kg will be sent by 1st class post.

I will post worldwide by airmail which takes from 5 to 7 working days. I do not use surface mail as it can take over several weeks for parcels to arrive.

Please note: if buying from outside the UK then you are responsible for any import tax or duty payable on entry into your country.

Items valued at over £46.00 may be sent by online trackable means at my discretion, this is by special delivery in the UK and by International Signed For, for overseas. However, I will not charge you extra for this, you will only pay my normal postage rates.
