I'm delighted that you took the time to checkout some of the products I have for sale. I have two goals in mind. The first and foremost is to gain and keep your trust. I believe the best form of advertising is word of mouth. I know if you are treated fairly than you will tell everyone that you know. That leads me to my next goal. That is to provide you with the best in computer and electronics at a reasonable price.

My return policy is as follows. 7 day money back on cell phones and cameras, 14 days on musical instruments and 30 day on all other items, DVDs, music, video games and computer software are for even exchange only and should be unopened. If it has been opened it will not be accepted. In fact all returns should be in their original packaging with all of the documents including invoices.
Returns should not appear to have been used or misused. That doesn’t mean that you can’t try the item out to see if it works. Just don’t use the item for 29 days and than send it back. It will be checked and if it works you will be either charged a return shipping fee or a restocking fee of 50% whichever is greater.
Other return fees are as follows. There are no return fees if the wrong item was shipped. There is an initial return fee if the item does not work but you will be reimbursed those fees. All returns should be done at the lowest cost level, so don’t send something back overnight because you will only be reimbursed for ground shipping.
All returns are based on tracking information using the time the item arrives at its final destination as a starting point.
