Payment: Payment should be received within 10 days of the end of auction. My preferred payment is Paypal.
Shipping: All items are brand new and professionally packaged. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon standard ground shipment. Shipment will be within 48 hours of processing payment, and will take approximately 10 business days for delivery. If you would like to upgrade shipping to receive the item faster, contact me for estimates of shipping costs. Please notify me if the item hasn't arrived after 15 business days.
Returns: If, for any reason, you're not fully satisfied with the product, you may return it within 14 days for a refund. There is a 20% restocking fee, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. Although this is rare, if you should receive a defective item, please contact me immediately for a replacement or a full refund.
