| Payment |
| I accept payment via PayPal. I do not charge buyers extra for using this service. All payments should be made within 3 days. Please email me if there will be a problem or delay for any reason. If payment is made by e-cheque goods will not be dispatched until the payment clears into my account, with no exception. |
| Shipping |
| I ship worldwide I offer a combined postal discount for each additional item paid for at the same time. If you require a higher level of postage or insurance please email or convo me and I will give you a quote or update your invoice. I always obtain Proof of postage. I normally send out orders within five days of purchase. I will usually send you a convo to let you know your item has been shipped. I am in the Ireland if you are outside of Ireland please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to be delivered from the day it was dispatched. |
| Refunds and Exchanges |
| If you are not completely happy with your purchase I will exchange it or issue a credit note for use within my store. All shipping costs are to be met by the purchaser. Please contact me first then return item/s to me in its original condition within 7 days of receiving the it. I am proud of the high quality of my work, if a fault of any kind becomes apparent I will refund, replace or repair and reimburse all shipping cost including your return shipping costs in full. Please contact me first explaining the problem. Unless faulty I cannot accept returns on stud earrings due to hygiene issues. I can accept returns on dangle earrings but unless faulty there will be a $2 handling charge to cover replacing the hook fittings. When returning any item please ensure you use an adequate method of postage and insurance for the value of the item being returned, and obtain a proof of posting. If an item you return to me is lost in the post, you will have to claim from the postal service yourself. |

| I am willing to do custom orders. Please contact me with your requests. I require payment up front but I will refund any money should there be a genuine reason why you are not happy with the finished result. I will not refund in the event that you have simply changed your mind. |
