Hello everybody and welcome to Richmond's shops, based in the beautiful city of Leeds in the United Kingdom. I was born and brought up in Pudsey a town in west yorkshire, which is now a district of leeds.
I have been selling on the internet since 2008 on all of the popular auction sites, I've sold on ebid in the past unsucessfully I might add, but thought I'd would give it another go.
Returns Policy
I try and describe my items to the best of my ability but should I miss any faults please email me and I will be happy to refund on return. If you have a change of mind about your purchase I will refund the bid price but I'm sorry I cannot refund the postage costs. Please email within fourteen days of receiving your item.
Shipping & Handling
I look forward to doing business with you. I always pack carefully and try and post the day after payment has come in.
A bit about combined postage
When buying multiple items from me please ask me for an invoice before paying me.
My reason for this request is that I can only work out the combined postage after I know how large your order is going to be.
I can only really guestimate your postage total in my listings so it's likely your final total will be lower than expected when you put in your order.
I hope that knowing this will mean your buying experience with me will be a positive one.
