Shipped on Oct 27th USPS, not my fault USPS delivered late, buyer had buyers remorse and thought he would get a refund from Paypal and left me a negative because he didn't get a refund and get to keep the item...I don't control the Postal Delivery Service and how they handled your package after it left the post office. Would not recommend selling to this person, they might try to get your item and a refund too after they change their mind and don't want it any longer.
