What Is Cute N Creepy All About?
I have been given the chance by my wonderful partner to try and make a dream of mine come true, that dream is to be able to work full time on my creative endeavours, and sell them afterwards.
I have sold on Ebay for about 5 years, and as you can see I have lots of feedback from happy customers. But the change in fees at Ebay (the reason I haven't sold on there recently) prompted me to get on and design my own website to sell from, and I came to eBid to help me get my items further into the public eye (though as you can see what with the website and all I have only just got my backside in gear to start listing having joined over a year ago...
)
I will be offering for sale a selection of my items ranging from exclusively designed bookmarks, keyrings, badges etc...to OOAK handmade fantasy dolls and teddies etc. These will also be supplimented with the sale of items I have brought to sell...I will try and get some great and quirky items to offer.

Why Should I Buy From You?
A valid question of course, these days it is difficult to know who to trust. All I can say is that I always strive to treat people as I would like to be treated.
I try to be as fair as possible in my business dealings, which means in practical terms the following....
1) The items I make and sell are fully described with the utmost care, and any flaws mentioned to allow you to make an informed decision about you purchase. Some items may be pre-loved or be made up of pre-loved parts, if this is the case it will be stated in the item description.
2) I check my mail often during the day, so in most cases if you ask me a question I will reply within a couple of hours during working hours.
3) Postage and packing costs are kept to a minimum, sometimes this means re-using packaging (in line with the overall theme of Cute N Creepy)...but this in no way means your items will be less protected. If you object to your item being packaged thus please contact me about it before paying.
4) I will always get proof of postage, but if your purchase is particulary precious to you I offer recorded delivery for the extra 72p it costs. We all know the Royal Mail do their best, but things do go missing, what is your extra peace of mind worth?
5) If you have any problem with a purchase PLEASE contact me, mistakes do happen and much to my disappointment I am not a mind reader. If you are unhappy for any reason let me know and we can work things out...
Returns Policy
a) I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please e-mail me if you have any questions about a product prior to purchase.
b) If you have any problems with a purchase please contact me. I treat my customers as I would like to be treated, and want you to return in the future, therefore I will do our utmost to sort out any problems to your satisfaction.
c) If any item is found to be broken upon arrival you should contact me via e-mail immediately, and they will be replaced or refunded provided they are returned to us within 7 working days.
d) Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, if you decide to do this however you must return the item / items to us at your own expense, in an unopened and saleable condition, before a refund will be given.
