Hello welcome to CoolStuff Inc....we are a new business to ebid and as our name implies we carry a variety of products that we deem as COOL!! We are continually in the process of locating both traditional and unique items to list in our store, please visit us regularly to see our selection.
Currently we ship to the US, Canada and International on most of our products via USPS or UPS, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Payment is expected within 3 days of an auction close and no orders will be shipped until payment in full has been received.
Returns will be accepted with 7 days of ship date. The item must be in an unused condition with all the original packaging. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the return for the purchase price of the item less any shipping and handling charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us to let us know you will be returning the item and we will provide you with the return instructions.
