Some Information About colingibbs
I am a married grandfather of 6. I will not see my 70th birthday again but I did enjoy the milestone.
Being thoroughly disgusted with eBay & their arrogant manner, their small number but effective (cretins’ buyers) I have given up. I have a feedback (currently 418 100% positive) with them, & have traded with some really nice people. Over a 6 year period.
I mainly sell used unwanted items from my immediate family & unwanted or duplicated gifts. I try very hard to make my descriptions accurate & truthful.
I mainly use Royal Mail Second class mail & an Economy courier (myhermes) who have been better than royal mail of recent. I charge whatever the couriers’ charge plus £1.00(approx) to cover packaging materials, labelling etc. I don’t rip off! All My items are sent as well protected as is practical. This of cause does have an effect on the postage costs. I feel that a few pence or even a £1.00 is better for all than a broken or damaged article!
I always try to resolve any issues amicably, on the basis of:” How would I like/expect to be treated in this circumstance.
