As this person does not keep to agreements, I have written to EBID to have him barred from placing goods for auction. If anyone else feels like I do, then please do the same and we will get rid of him for once and all.

told us we were the winning bidders, we sent the payment propmtly, emailed to ask when cheque was recieved got a positive response, they kept up this pretence for almost two weeks, then out of the blue we got our cheque back and were told that the item had been taken off sale and we could no longer have it. WE ARE VERY F****D OFF!!!!
Has a rather unfortunate habit of making a private sale and removing the item from auction. Rather defeats the object, does it not?
cancelled one auction and alse decided to cancel the sale of another harddisc to me after I had sent the cheque after he/she had already informed me that I was a winning bidder, no explanation given either, I take this to mean that this bidder doesn't keep his/her word on sales.. very disappointed.......
