About Us

Chipsdigitalpc was founded in 2007 as an independent, family owned computers, computer parts, accessories, and consumer electronics retailer in Northern California. Chipsdigitalpc has a wide variety of products avaliable at the lowest prices without compromising on quality.  We are confindent that no matter what type of product you are looking for--notebook, laptop, Hard Drive, or the latest gadget, you will find quality products, low prices, and great customer service.    

Our underlying Mission

Virtually all of our profits are used at our local animal shelter that we operate operating at a separate location. Our primary focus is rescuing injured, abandonded, and unwanted animals; spay and nuetuer and adopting animals to suitable homes.

GENERAL Sales Terms:
Please note that items are sold on multiple sites. As such, there are rare occasions where buyers purchase items which have run out of stock.  We will notify/refund buyers ASAP (usually within 24-36 hrs) should this occur.  Questions? Contact us


Shipping fees and/or Return shipping costs are not refundable, unless it is our error.   We will gladly ship a replacement item should an issue arise.

 

Please inspect items on receipt.  This provides for the fastest resolution for both of us should there be an issue with your oder. 

 

   We reserve the right to correct typos/errors in listings and prices.  Thus, if shipping and/or price is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel sales, or renegotiate a compromise.

   Please see handling time of each item in shipping details.  Please note that estimated time could be less or more than actual due to various factors including sales volume, carrier transit time, and item availability. 

RETURNS

Please contact us prior to returning items

 

Working items which are returned may be subject to a 5%-15% restock free.  This will depend on the condition of product and if must be resold as used (badly torn packaging, etc).  As such, please open products carefully so that we can offer ful refund in the event that you ordered an incorrect  item. 

 

It is recommended that insurance be purchased for all returns
