The Mitty James towelling range has some great new features including contrast hood linings with Herringbone tape trim, contrast and self patterned pockets, a soft jersey rib finish to cuffs, hems and waistbands. Mitty James have also introduced a range of gorgeous new swimwear designs including frills, corsages, flowers and buttons and all products are finished with either a stylish boat motif or a Mitty James embroidery.
 
Konfidence rapidly became synonymous with swimming health and safety when they launched the Konfidence Swim Jacket; designed specifically to help children learn to swim and gain confidence in the water. This swim vest for kids features 8 removable floats that allow parents to adjust the buoyancy jacket as the child becomes more confident in the water. The Konfidence Jacket swim vest promotes correct swimming position and helps children achieve a face forward position.

Placing an Order

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact one of our customer service advisers at before placing an order with us.

These terms and conditions and your use of our website are governed by English Law and you agree to submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your statutory rights. This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and Under UK Law.

A contract between the customer and Children’s Beachwear for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

Your Right to Cancel

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 14 days.

Returns Policy

If for whatever reason you are not happy with our products you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange, or a refund provided that the products returned are unused and in the condition they were sent to you in. Please note the conditions shown on the washing label of the garment as, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange if these instructions have not been followed.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will need to arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us. When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for goods sent back to us that are lost in the post. We will only pay for postage for returns where an item is faulty.

We accept online payment in a secure environment by debit or credit card and by Paypal.

Postage

We currently only post to the United Kingdom but you can enquire about postage in mainland Europe.
