Welcome,
I offer handcrafted and personalised jewellery and accessories suitable for Weddings, Birthdays and Christmas gifts, using a wide variety of crystals, beads & findings. The materials range from Freshwater Pearls, Swarovski Crystals & Semi Precious Gemstones through to Glass Beads & even Wooden Beads; from Silver & Gold Plated findings through to Sterling Silver and Gold Vermeil.
I offer a wide range of products: From necklaces, bracelets & earrings, through to mobile phone charms & handbag charms!
I also offer a bespoke service. So if there is something here that you like but would prefer in a different colour, or with your choice of clasp or earring finding...Or indeed, if you have your own ideas in mind then please contact me.
Refunds and Replacements
If you receive something that is damaged or faulty then please advise me by email in the first instance. Please also return the item to me within 7 days of receipt & I will send you a refund or replacement. Please note that the item must not have been used & must be returned in its original packaging. I do not offer a refund on bespoke items or on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Delivery Lead Times
I aim to despatch all orders as soon as possible but please allow up to two weeks from receipt of order. If an order is urgent & required immediately, please advise me accordingly & I will do my utmost to accommodate. Please note that all made to orders are subject to the availability of stock.
Packaging
I make the jewellery, and accessories with the utmost care and attention. They are also packaged in the same manner. All items are wrapped in acid free tissue paper , a cardboard sleeve, gift bag or box.
Payment
Please note that I do require full payment in 7 days after the auction closes. This can be done by sending a cheque made payable to Cheryls Gems or Cheryl Grey or other methods that I accept. The jewellery & accessories made by myself are aimed at the adult market and are not intended as toys for small children. Jewellery with magnetic clasps are NOT suitable & should NOT be worn by people who have pacemakers.
I have previously had a shop on another auction site for 2 years, but fees became extortionate so I decided to change to E-bid as I did not see it fair in passing price costs to customers.
