Some Information About chattymomma
Hi, I'm Chatty by name and nature! I am a friendly approachable soul both on line and in the real world.
I have been selling in the 'other place' on multiple IDs and have built up positive feedback in excess of 200, reflecting the satisfaction of my customers to date .I am finding the fees 'there' crippling, (especially for my 2 shops) and other friends who have 'come here' have said, yeh, it's good. So here I am.
I treat my customers in the way that I expect to be treated, irrespective of how much you spend with me. If you are happy you will come back, maybe with a friend or two.
I tend to be online everyday at some point and will answer any queries quickly, though please be patient with me whilst I get used to navigating ebid.
Terms and Conditions? I try to keep them simple...
I aim to despatch items the day after payment clears.
Orders are acknowledged by email; (please check your spam box if you don't get anything as I use msn, and some browsers have issues with msn).
I will let you know when items have been despatched, and where applicable will advise of the RM tracking number.
If you are buying multiple items (and where it is practical and will save you money) I will automatically combine postage and packaging WHERE the items are paid for together. If you are bidding on more than one item please email to let me know so that I can wait for any other auctions to end.
I can currently accept payment by UK cheques in sterling, Paypal, Bank Transfer (my preferred option) and crossed postal orders.
I don't buy or sell feedback. Once I know you are happy with your item(s) (either by you leaving positive feedback or by by email) then I will leave yours to conclude the sale.
However, IF you there is a problem with your item please don't use feedback as a way of letting me know. A quick email or phone call from you will enable me to sort any problem out, so that you are ultimately happy with the transaction.
