MULTI ITEM PURCHASE DISCOUNT:
How this discount works very simple you must everything from 1 of our warehouses (NO YOU CANOT USE 2 DIFFERENT WAREHOUSES) the first item is full price and all items after that will have a $5.00 discount per item times and we then combine the multi items into 1 order and charge you only for 1 shipping for all the items.
Payments:
(A). We accept paypal, major credit cards through paypal, over the phone is coming soon in the near future.
(B). We do not accept personal checks under any circumstances.
(C). We accept money orders from usa customers.
(D). All others must use PAYPAL.
Fee's:
(A). Sales tax applies for Florida Residents only.
(B). Handling charge for any item is already added into shipping whether calculated or flat rate.
Shipping:
(A). WE DO NOT SET THE SHIPPING RATES. We use UPS for all large items and USPS for accessories and grills. UPS and USPS set the rates and is calculated using eBays calculator.
(B). Shipping rates are based on size(dimensional weight), distance(we are in Florida/33781), also whether you are rural or within a city, actual weight, and type of shipping(ground/priority etc).
(C). We use a number of shipping options. Calculated, free, and flat. None of these options are used in any way to make a profit. They are designed to offer alternatives that allow you to find the least expensive way to get the item to you. Most items ship calculated only. This is the exact amount to get your item to you.
(D). Flat rate shipping amount stated in any listing is to the lower 48 states only. Shipping charges also include handling.
(E). If you are located in Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or where UPS standard ground does not apply for Canada, PLEASE contact us with zip code/postal code for shipping rates before you buy the item.
(F). Canadian buyers are responsible for all customs, duties and brokerage fees.

Delivery:
(A). We usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. Excluding weekends, holidays, and any natural disasters (Acts of God), or unnatural disasters.
(B). Tracking number is sent twice to the e-mail address you have provided on your eBay account. Please allow 24hrs from item shipped notice to track your item.
(C).We inspect all items for external damage before they are packaged and shipped. We do not ship any items with damage.
(D). If your item is damaged please contact us asap. ( ) Please take pictures if possible. We will file the claim. Please in the subject line put in DAMAGED SHIPMENT.
Refunds & Returns:
(A). All defective or unused/unopened items must be returned to us at: Do It YourSelf Audio: 6555 44th St. N. Unit 2013 Pinellas Park, Fl. 33781. Please include all ertinent information.(Name, eBid ID, Item # etc.)
(B). Once defective or unused product has been received and checked in, a replacement unit will be shipped freight prepaid to the customer or item cost refunded.
(C). UNUSED/UNOPENED: Must be returned with 14 days of delivery. Only items that are in brand new, resalable condition, in original packaging with all paperwork and hardware will be refunded item cost only. UPS nor USPS refund shipping. This includes subwoofer boxes.
(D). OPENED/USED/INSTALLED PRODUCTS: All sales are final. Opened, used, and installed items are covered by listed warranty only.
(E). All merchandise comes with a 90 day warranty through us. After 90 days please contact manufacturer for factory warranty.

(B). We ship mainly to actual physical addresses, but we will ship to apo/fpo or post office box (please reffer to part A for the cost). The address listed on your EBID account. We are not responsible for any shipping fees incurred due to refused merchandise, wrong or incomplete addresses, or if the buyer moved before receiving merchandise.
(C). Shipping amount stated in auction is to the lower 48 states only. Shipping charges also include handling charges on some items.

Delivery:
(A). We usually ship within 24-72 hours, on all paid orders recevied during the business week. Excluding weekends, holidays, and any natural or unnatural disasters(Acts of God).
(B). When the item is shipped you will be sent a tracking number with the shipping notification. PLEASE DO NOT DELETE SHIPPING NOTIFICATION. Tracking # is in It.
(C). It takes 24hrs before your item enters most tracking systems. Please allow for this before checking on your item.
(D). Please allow a full 10 days before contacting us to report that you have not received your item.
(E). We inspect all items for external damage before they are packaged and shipped. We do not ship any items with damage.
(F). If you item is damaged or lost in shipment PLEASE contact the carrier service and file a claim.

resend the paper work to the carrier, we will then refund or reship

(3). USPS has a different claims policy and proper steps, so please email us or call to get a claim in there office A.S.A.P. as it can take up to 1-60 days to be refunded.
(G). Finally we make every effort to get you item to your as quickly as possible and in good condition. We cannot be held responsible for damage, lost or untimely delivery of the item caused by the carrier, but will make every effort to to help in the claims process.
Refunds & Returns:
NEW POLICY.
(A). ALL SALES ARE FINAL, with us but we can still ask the warehouse for a product only refund no shipping or handling cost.
(B). ALL REFUNDS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE NY NY WAREHOUSE MANAGER.
(C). If approved by the warehouse manager you will recv your refund in 1-7 days from the date the merchandise is recived in NY NY warehouse. All refunds will have the origanal shipping & ins cost deducted from the refund.
(D). Refunds will be done mostly threw paypal or money order no other methods.
(E). There is no refunds on shipping & handling cost.
WARRANTY:
(A). 30 day return warranty with us against non working items only(not customer damge or miss use).
(B). After the 30 days is up all repairs will be done directly with manuf not us.
(C). 30 day warranty starts the day the order is placed in the warehouse.
(D). This warranty also covers manuf refurbished items, marine, home audio & all pro audio
(E). The following names are under this warranty policy only Pyle, Pyle pro, Pyramid, Legacy, Lanzar, Blitz, BrandX, GSI, ICON.
(F). Warranty starts the day the item is paid for, that makes you the legal owner of that item.
(G). All sub woofers are sent back to the manuf not us, so please feel out the warranty information for the manuf, or do it online.
BACK ORDER ITEMS:
(A). This does happen time to time and we try our best to control it.
(B). We will notifie our customers with all back order information arrival dates & etc.
(C). Please make sure all your information is up to date so we may contact our customers by phone or email service.
(D). All back order customers has the right to terminate there order with us for a full refund as long as the order has not been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
CANADA CUSTOMERS ARE NOT INCLUDED
