Raglands Bazaar is one of the largest consignment stores on The Eastern Shore known as Delmarva. We make every effort to satisfy all our buyers. We provide feedback when feedback is given, our shipping and handling times fall within 10 days maximum with the majority of our items shipped within 72 hours. We have been a seller previously with Ebay since 2008 massing 677 positive feedbacks. We will provide Ebid with the same quality.
Raglands Bazaar receives their items from many sources. We attempt to inspect and test each item before it is listed on an Internet auction. We do miss things on rare occassions and in the event that happens we will address those issues with buyers immediately. We will refund legitimate complaints but we insist on the item being returned at the buyer's expense. We request that any damaged merchandise be brought to our attention within 72 hours upon receiving it. The majority of our shipping is done through USPS, they have a damage department that handles and pays claims up to $100.00, but those claims have to be brought to their attention within 30 days of the damage. We request that buyers notify USPS of the damage immediately, especially if the package shows obvious signs of abuse during shipping. We do not use beat up boxes to ship, we do pack all merchandise so that it is tight and has no movement before it is dropped off with shipper. We take extra care with glass, pottery or any breakables. Items that require special packing, i.e., bicycles, mirrors, skis, etc., may take a little longer than our normal shipments due to obtaining proper packaging materials. Any rare, expensive or valuable items will be insured at our expense and will be posted in the description area of the auction for those items.
Raglands Bazaar has had an account with PayPal for many years. We are happy with that payment clearing house. We do know it is tightly affiliated with another Internet marketplace, but PayPal works for us. We request immediate payment as soon as you are notified of your successful winning bid or purchase. A reasonable delay is understood. A long delay causes stress. We don't like stress, please live up to your good ratings and make every attempt to pay when you win.
Raglands grading system:
New: Means new, sealed or in original box with everything included.
Like New: Means everything you get if sealed.
Great Condition: Means all items work, excellent condition, might be missing instructions, etc.
Very Good Condition: Has some flaws as explained in description.
Good Condition: We will sell very few items that are only average and will explain the flaws.
In 99% of all items look at descritions, Raglands attempts to give brief but detailed information about each item. Refunds are mainly based on our descriptions, all items should be received as described at time they are sold.
