We only sell items that we would be happy buying for ourselves and we buy them in from a trusted warehouse. Returns We only accept returns if the item is faulty. The item has to be returned to us within 7 days of receipt at your own expense. Upon inspection of the item we will then be in a position to offer you either a refund or a replacement, providing we still have stock of the item, if not then a refund of the price of the item only will be given. Damaged Goods If your parcel arrives damaged by Royal Mail then all the original packaging MUST be kept and forwarded back to us along with the damaged item. Royal Mail WILL NOT accept a claim for compensation without this packaging, so it is very important that you keep hold of it. We will then make a claim to Royal Mail on your behalf and refund you accordingly. Please note that Royal Mail only pay compensation for the price of the damaged item and not any postage that has been paid, therefore, you will be refunded for the price of the item only.
