This was a Christmas gift. We just did our family Christmas. My son called me this evening and told me he does not have an activation code-useless w/o one. Seller needs to contact me.I called and talked to them and they promised they'd call me back tonight - pfft. Of course, no callback.
This seller took my money and never sent my item. He doesn't respond to phone calls. I am NOT impressed.
TERRIBLE! Sent bootleg copy in wrong language. Got refund through paypal, but seller promised to refund return shipping as well, but didn't and would not return my messages. BEWARE!

We trustingly purchased this item from your website and have been extremely dissatisfied with our service. Not only did our item not get shipped to our house, customer service proved unreachable.
Seller unable to provide item that was listed. Little contact from them, got refund.

Took 4 weeks to notifiy that item was not in stock. This included a message after 3 weeks (and only in response to my inquiry) that the item had been shipped. No christmas gift for my wife this year

Ordered product middle of November, seller took payment but i have not received the product. Bonusbuy365 has dropped off twice now and i cannot contact the store. This sellers been very unprofessional

Very disappointed with the seller and the site. Ebid didnt care to check on anything during a return that was forced upon me. I have now had to file a claim with paypal to get the whole thing settled.
Slow shopper. Sent USPS number right away but didn't actually ship for more than a week.
Seller did not have this item.
The absolute worst online purchase experience I have had to date. Would never do business with this seller again>

I am so mad! I was ripped off.. I ordered an iphone cover and it NEVER CAME. I was robbed.. I AM FUCKING SUING THIS BITCH. I AM SO MAD. THIEF THIEF THIEF THIEF THIEF!!! I AM PISSED BEYOND BELIEF...!!!
SLOW shipping! Received nearly 2 weeks after payment cleared. Item was different from what was pictured (pictured version 4, received 3) Leaving neutral FB because the price was good.

Took two weeks to received. Just tried to install and was having activation issues. Contacted rosetta stone and they informed me it was a fraudulent product.

It looks like I too am a vicitim. Item paid for through PayPal and not received. Sent several emails and even received responses to a couple. But not the software.

Product is factory sealed & as described. Item was shipped to wrong address even thou it was verified thru PayPal. Item took awhile to arrive. Seller stated postal issues due to hurricane Sandy.

SELLER IS A FRAUD I HAVE PROOF OF ITEM BEING CANCELED BY SELLER-THEN LEAVES ME NEG FB-I PAID FOR ANOTHER AUCTION WITH PP AND THAT WAS CANCELLED AFTER PAYMENT REC'D AND NOW I HAVE FILED A CLAIM WITH PP-AND SELLER HAS NOT RESPONDED TO THEM EITHER-BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS ONE- DISHONEST

seller is a liar takes your money than says item not available-claim filed with paypal-then leaves bogus FB in retaliation. never will use ebid again bought and paid for this then get note from seller not avail still waiting on refund
