We are a small family-run business.  We have been trading on line since 2005.  We take customer service very seriously so please take a few minutes to read our terms and conditions of sale We want happy customers; if you're happy we're happy!

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE 

Payment

Please make payment within 7 days.

If for any reason you cannot pay within that time please email us. 

After 7 days we reserve the right to cancel your winning bid/purchase & to re-list the item

We reserve the right to block non paying buyers.

Payment methods: 

UK customers: 

PAYPAL, Banker's Drafts, cheques, e-cheques & postal orders. 

Due to money laundering regulations we do not accept cash.  Please do not send it.

Whist we will accept cheques and e-cheques please remember that both take time to clear.  You need to allow up to 10 days for clearance.  As soon as we obtain clearance we will post the item

Cheques & Postal Orders should be made payable to ‘Pauline Goldsmith & posted to the address given under ‘Contact Us'

Overseas Customers

At the present time we only accept paypal.

Despatch: 

We despatch every day by Royal Mail second class post, or parcel force.

UK delivery is normally 1-2 days; Europe 2-5 days; ROW 4-10 days. We obviously cannot be responsible for postal delays once your order has left us.

Postage, Packing & Handling Charge

UK charge is displayed in the listing.

Overseas Buyers please email for shipping cost if it is not displayed in the listing

We are a full-time business & provide a professional service.  P&P charge is NOT just for the postage cost it includes:

Processing, packing, posting and servicing your order

Labour, time, materials, transportation and overheads.

We endeavour to keep packing costs to a minimum & help the environment by recycling materials such as boxes from supermarkets

Combined Shipping Postage Discount

We do offer a discount

This is calculated on the weight & size of the parcel of items

When sending combined postage queries please allow us sufficient time to reply. It would help us if your combined postage query reaches us no later than the day before the auction closes.

Please wait for us to send you a combined invoice after an auction ends.  Depending on the time the auction ends you may not receive this until the following day

Complaints

If you are unhappy with your purchase please email us and we will try to settle the matter as amicably & quickly as possible.

Returns

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Auction Items only - We will only issue refunds if the item is not as described but not if the reason for the return is that you have simply changed your mind... 

You have a legal obligation to ensure that the item is returned to us in the condition it was sent to you.

We cannot be held responsible for returned items which go astray in the post, or have been wrongly addressed

The cost of the return postage to be paid for by the Buyer

We are an internet based mail order business and therefore we are not open to callers.  We aim to reply to emails the same day we receive them although this is not always possible, especially at weekends
