Some Information About bluegemm
Hello my name is Maureen, I have been selling on ebay for the past 12 years and have built up over 17000 positive feedbacks if you would like to check my ID is bluegemm02.
I am a craft addict and have tried most crafts but my passion is now card making and scrapbooking. I sell top quality products from top manufacturers such as Jolees Boutique and K & Comany. If there is an item you require and I do not have it listed please email me as if I have not got it I may be able to get it for you.
My Policies are as follows.
Payment - accepted forms of payment are Paypal, Cheque, Postal Order.
Returns - If you change your mind about an item returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. Item must be in the same condition that it was sent out in and postage will be paid by the buyer unless the item was faulty.
Combined postage - postage will be combined on multiple purchases, but please ask for an invoice before payment is made. To receive the discount I need one payment for the total of items bought.
I try and post items within one day of payment.
I try and answer emails within a couple of hours but I do work in the evenings and have family to look after so there is sometimes a slight delay.
All items come from a smoke free home.
