About Us
We are an authorized dealer for H2Ocean and Tattoo Goo and have been serving buyers world wide for almost 2 years.
Payment Methods
We offer a wide range of payments for our buyers to choose from. All payments must be received within a reasonable amount of time. A list of payments can be found on each listing page.
Shipping Policy
All won items will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving a cleared payment, 7 days for checks and money orders. Payment must be made in full in order for it to be shipped.
US orders received on Friday will not ship until the next business day.
International orders will be shipped within 4 days of receiving a cleared payment. This allows us time to transfer the approperate funds to our expense account if need be. International orders received on Friday will not ship until the following Wednesday.
Return Policy
If you have an item that is defective please contact us for instructions. Aftercare products may only be returned if they have been unused and remain unopened. Any item containing a safety seal must not be damaged or removed. Buyers will be responsible for the item and the return shipping charges.
