Some Information About bigalstuff
Bigalstuff has been in the internet shopping business for years now.
We have now joined the auction market to bring you top quality designer gear at low low prices.
We used to be based on ebay, but found that due to the spiralling costs we we're having to charge more than we would like. We decided to give ebid a try and pass on the savings we were making to you our valued customer.
Like many online businesses we do not hold stock on our premises, but instead use a reputable wholesaler, again this allows us to offer great discounts on high quality goods to our customers. We have warehouses in various countries closest to Canada as we are originally from here.
Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions below form the basis of a legally binding contract.
This contract becomes binding either when you buy an item or when you place a successful bid on an item.
By successfully bidding on, or buying an item from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
Shipping
Once payment has successfully cleared we will endeavour to ship your item within five working days and provide you with an active tracking number from our courier within seven working days.
Once the item has been shipped it should be delivered to you within four to six working days.
Please note we will only ship to the confirmed address which you or your payment service provide to us.
Although we ship internaionally we are unable to ship to South Africa including Nigeria, due to the level of fraudulent buyers operating in this country.
Payment
Please note payment must be made within three working days of winning or purchasing the item. If you have not paid for the item within this time we will relist the item and unfortunately have to leave negative feedback on your account.
Our preferred methods of payment are:
Paypal - we accept Paypal, it is our prefered method of payment.
Return and Refund Policy
We will only accept a return if the item is damaged or dramatically different from that described.
Returns will not be accepted for goods that are slightly different from that described or because you no longer want the item.
Please do not leave negative feedback immediately, contact us as we are always happy to try and resolve any issues.
Returns will only be accepted with a RMA number which must be approved by us before the item is returned. Also the buyer returns the item at their own expense and this is non refundable.
If the item is returned to us without a RMA number we will refuse delivery and ask the delivery company to return to sender.
We will refund the full amount within 7 working days provided the item satisfies our return requirement.
If you do wish to replace the item we will be able to accomodate this request.
