PRODUCTS: We offer women's and men's designer clothing and accessories at below-wholesale prices, enabling you to dress your best for less; plus name-brand goods, vintage items, and the occasional esoterica or oddball item, so have fun finding the bargains!
TRUST: Although we have only been selling on eBid since Oct. 2008, we've been selling quality new and vintage merchandise online since 2004. Please check out our Powerseller eBay store "Bid And Barter" and look at our excellent feedback ratings to get a feel for our history -- be assured that we are professional, honest and trustworthy sellers.
QUESTIONS: Please feel free to email us with questions prior to purchase if there is anything you are unsure about -- we'll be happy to assist you in any way. All emails will receive a reply within 24 hours.
PAYMENT: We accept PayPal, credit cards (via PayPal), eChecks, business checks, personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders. Our mailing address will be provided to you at checkout. If you plan to send a check, please allow a 4-6 day delay in shipping for the check to clear.
SHIPPING: Shipping is processed on Monday, Wednesday & Friday so you'll receive your purchase in a timely manner. Please allow extra time for delivery to accommodate holidays and weekends. You will receive an email notifying you of shipment, which will also contain your tracking information via USPS.
COMBINED SHIPPING: We will gladly combine multiple auctions or purchases within a 7-day period: our combined-shipping policy is full rate for the heaviest item, then $3 (domestic) or $5 (international) for any additional items, no limit to the number of purchases you may combine.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All shipping outside of US borders is sent Priority Mail or Express Mail. Due to problems in the past, we no longer offer International First Class Mail.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY: We offer an unconditional no-questions-asked 100%-money-back guarantee. Unless an item is specified "All Sales Final," you are welcome to return any item for any reason, even if you simply changed your mind. We do not charge a restocking or relisting fee. Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for return-shipping cost. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for refund. Refund will be processed the same day return is received. Items worn/altered/damaged after sale will not be refunded.
