Some Information About bhgardeners
B H Gardeners is a small family business based in Southampton. We are both gardening contractors and retailers of garden machinery. Much of the equipment we sell we have used commercially at one time or another so if you want advice please just ask.
Returns: All of our new fixed price items may be returned within 14 days of receipt unused and in the original condition for a full refund excluding postage costs. In the unlikely event of an item being faulty please contact us at once for instructions.
Warranty: All of our new fixed price items carry full manufacturers warranty through us, we will not just pass the buck but will either sort the problem personally or make arrangements for the problem to be sorted. Not that we expect you to have problems as we are very careful with our selection of products to sell on-line.
Most items can be collected though it would help if you could contact us before turning up to ensure somebody is available.
Low feedback? - well we are trying to resolve that one, with your help. If you are worried check us out on the other famous auction site. Anything on there we can offer cheaper here(even if it's only a little bit cheaper sometimes). Just ask.
