Faulty products with any errors made by Beno's Prints may be returned within 7 days of receipt, please contact us first.
Returns are not accepted as our items are personalised to your specification. If there's an error with your order and we’re to blame we’ll reprint your order free of charge.
We kindly ask you to check all details thoroughly, particularly spellings of names, dates and phone numbers as once you confirm you’re happy for print
