Some Information About benjibenjiuk
For most of my items I use simple brown paper in order to keep costs to a minimum.
I also usually send out items Royal Mail second class as this service is virtually as good as first class. I pass this saving on to you.
I will combine postage for multiple wins. Email me if you are a multiple Auction winner so long as you notify me in time.
Items lost in post.
I retain proof of postage receipts of all items posted. Upon notification that an item is lost, I will ask buyer to check at the post office, and where necessary to wait until the Royal mail system considers the item 'lost' before submitting a loss claim. I will refund as sooon as the post office have investigated
How to pay
After each auction I will issue an invoice. I ask for immediate payment however expect payment within a fair timeframe of auction end.

Returns Policy. In line with UK distance selling regulations I accept returns. To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to to me in the same condition you received it, and the return must be postmarked within one week of receipt. Postage charges for returning the item are borne by the buyer.
Non payers .
If you bid on my auctions you make a contract with me to purchase my item if you win. Non payers cost sellers a lot of additional time and expense, In view of this I have a zero tolerance policy. However I understand that people are just getting into Ebid and might not understand the mechanics of the site and how to check out - please email me for assistance.
