Some Information About baby2youth
Thanks for taking time to read this, I'll try not to keep you or bore you with too much detail.
Being a Mum of two I know how expensive clothing children can be, in 2000 I had the opportunity to buy into a franchise selling baby clothes, sadly this only lasted 2 years before folding, leaving me with rather a lot of clothes!, I decided to go it alone and use a well known auction site as my medium, and expanding the age range of the items I was selling. As many of you know the site in question charges ridiculous amounts, and so I arrived here at ebid, hoping to carry on selling cut price quality children's clothes.
POLICIES.
Payment
I accept cheques, postal orders and PPPay.com. If you pay by cheque dispatch will be four working days from date of receipt, otherwise I aim to dispatch within 24-48 hours of payment.
Returns/refunds
If you are unhappy with an item please e-mail me, and we will sort out the best course of action.
....AND FINALLY
I aim to treat all my bidders/customers in the same way I would like to be treated, and I'm certainly not here to rip anybody off. I am only human though, and occasionally mistakes do happen. I will always let you know if this has been the case, and try to sort out to the best of my ability.
