Colours, Styles and Shades

It is virtually impossible to 100% accurately portray exact colours of our mirrors in a picture. Factors such as your monitor settings or a particular lighting used when taking marketing photographs can effect shading. Due to each mirror being lovingly hand finished, colours may vary slightly. Therefore we cannot accept colour or shade differences as a fault.

Most of our mirrors / frames are of an aged or antique style, therefore odd cracks and blemishes may be apparent on the frames. This is not to be considered a fault.

Description of products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. At Ayers and Graces we take every reasonable care to ensure that all the details, descriptions and prices of our mirrors are correct at the time the information was entered.

Orders

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Ayers and Graces will take place as soon as the auction has ended.

Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products ordered plus delivery if required. A VAT receipt can be provided if required.

General Returns

If you wish to return goods to Ayers and Graces , please send back  in its original packaging to the address below within 5 days of receipt. Please be aware that there will be a 15% re stocking charge and all refunds will be minus the original cost of delivery. The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We reserve the right to withhold refunds for items damaged in return transit if the re- packing is deemed to be inadequate. Please carefully wrap return goods using the original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense, your statutory rights are not affected.
Should you wish for Ayers and Graces to collect a mirror for you, then please contact us direct for a quotation.

Faulty Goods

All our mirrors are made to an extremely high standard and thoroughly inspected before despatch. If for any reason your mirror arrives damaged we will arrange to collect free of charge and replace it with a new one as soon as possible. Please endeavour to carefully wrap return goods using the original packaging. Most of our mirrors / frames are of an aged or antique style, therefore odd cracks and blemishes may be apparent on the frames. This is not to be considered a fault.

Acceptance of Delivery

As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. Threrefore, any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.  We will arrange to collect and replace any damaged mirror / frame free of charge..

We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. Goods will only be delivered to a ground floor level.
From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.

Customer Collections

Ayers and Graces do facilitate customer collections from our warehouse free of charge. However these are by appointment only and if we are not informed there is a risk that we may not have your goods ready for collection. Therefore please call or email ahead of collection to ensure your item is in stock and ready for you to collect. Please also ensure that the vehicle you bring is large enough for your mirror to fit.
