About Me

Aura provides handmade, innovative, distinctive and bespoke jewellery. A wide range of jewellery is available to buy including necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, tiaras, hair fascinators and cufflinks. Custom designs can also be designed and made to meet your requirements.

All of the jewellery is designed and made by Joanna, locally in Bangor, County Down in Northern Ireland, UK.

Joanna studied Foundation Art and Design and B.A Hons Product Design at the University of Ulster in Belfast, and graduated in 2006. Aura was established in 2007 and has gone from strength to strength as a business which provides customers with something that is handmade and truly unique.

Joanna is a member of the FSB (Federation of Small Businesses), Craft Council of Ireland, Craft Council UK, Craft Northern Ireland, County Down Crafts and other organisations.

Terms

All jewellery is designed and made to order by Joanna Ritchie.

Due to the nature of handmade jewellery, there may be slight variations in the designs shown, but this is very minimal.

All jewellery is copyright protected. If you are found to be using any images or copying any jewellery that is designed and made by Aura without permission, legal action will be taken.

Returns and exchanges can be offered in special circumstances, but will not be available on purchases of earrings due to hygiene reasons, rings or custom design orders.

All customer information will be kept confidential and will not be passed on to any other companies etc...

Postage

All jewellery is posted via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This will require a signature when your order arrives at your delivery address.

We aim to have your order posted within 2-3 days of your order being placed and received, although at weekends, busy periods during the year and holidays there may be a slight delay, but we will always keep you notified of any changes.

If you require your order by a certain day, please contact Joanna at and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

All items are sent securely packaged boxed and in bubble wrap. Every item leaves in perfect condition and we cannot be held responsible for breakages in the post.
